Rebekah Kindall, MA, LPC-MH Supervisee, CCTP
Rebekah is passionate about guiding others toward healing and wholeness. She offers a compassionate, body-based approach that honors each person’s natural instincts blending trauma-informed care with holistic practices utilizing modalities such as Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
As a certified Trauma-Sensitive Kids’ Yoga instructor, Rebekah also helps children heal and build emotional resilience through movement and breath. She is a published contributor with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), sharing her voice in support of mental health awareness, education, and innovation.
Outside her practice, Rebekah finds inspiration in writing music, exploring nature, and creating alongside her children—experiences that shape the intuitive, heart-centered care she brings to her work.
